Application Process Schedule

• Application Deadlines (Application – original plus one copy; supporting documentation for Factors 1, 2 and 3; one Professional Practice Questionnaire, three Professional Reference Questionnaires and application fee must be received at the BCRSP office by this date.)
  Late submissions will be held for the next QRC meeting.
• Qualifications Review Committee (QRC) Meetings (The QRC meets four times each year to conduct an initial assessment of applications. Candidate is advised if application is to be forwarded to Regional Screening Centre for interview or if there is some issue regarding the application that needs to be addressed.)
• Regional Screening Centre (RSC) Interviews (Conducted at one of the Board’s 29 RSCs across Canada. Verifies information on application, resolves any questions that may have been raised by the QRC assessment.)
• CRSPEX Dates (Once recommended by the RSC, candidates have two years in which to sit the CRSPEX for the first time. Unsuccessful candidates may have up to three supplementary writings over the two year period following their first unsuccessful attempt.)
