Pricing/Payment options:

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Payment may be made by VISA, AMEX or MasterCard. Payment may also be made by cheque or money order for the full amount payable to the BCRSP and submitted to the BCRSP office. Full payment must be received before items are shipped.

Shipping:

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of your order.

All items are shipped using Canada Post regular parcel service unless delivery via courier service is selected.

BCRSP uses FEDEX as its primary courier service. Delivery via FEDEX is generally within 48 hours to most Canadian destinations.

Return/Refund Policy:

The Guide to Registration (hard copy version) is non-returnable once delivered. Fees for the Guide to Registration (hard copy version) are non-refundable.

The Guide to Registration (CD Rom version) is not returnable once delivered. Fees for the Guide to Registration (CD Rom version) are non-refundable. Faulty CD’s will be exchanged upon return of the original CD.

Career posting fees are non-refundable.

BCRSP self-inking stamps, embosser seals, certificate frames and golf shirts are special order items and are non-returnable, non-refundable.

Merchandise purchased through the BCRSP web site may be returned for exchange only (no refund) if the item is found to be faulty in any way. Returned items must be shipped to the BCRSP office and be in original saleable condition.

BCRSP is not responsible for items returned that are lost in the mail. We recommend that returned items be shipped using a service that requires a signature of delivery.
